The Empire Paradise Christian Memorial Park is jointly developed by Empire Treasure Club Sdn Bhd (Reg No. 199601009479), a company licensed to carry out management of funeral and burial services and Empire Treasure Sdn Bhd (Reg No. 199201013710), the Landowner. The development plan was approved by the relevant authority as a Christian memorial park merely for use by Christians and Catholics Community. The development was divided into 4 zones：

Paradise Pavilion is the latest burial product offered by our memorial park. It is a new open-concept columbarium thoughtfully designed for the Christian and Catholic communities in Kota Kinabalu. It combines modern aesthetics with a serene, respectful environment to provide comfort for families and a dignified resting place for loved ones. It aims to help families maintain generational bonds through regular visitations.
Despite its premium design, Paradise Pavilion niches are priced at a highly competitive level to ensure affordability for all families. Our vision is to create an open, peaceful space that every family can afford and we are committed to making dignity accessible.
Zone 2C will be designated for Premium Class Urn Burial Lots, “The Beautitudes” and Zone 3B for “The Crown Memorial Columbarium” which we believe will become a new landmark in our memorial park when completed.
A Certificate of Ownership will be issued to our purchasers as Proof of Purchase and Entitlement to use our Burial Plots or Burial Lots. Full payment must be made and the Original certificate must be presented to our office when the purchaser or the beneficiary needs to use our Burial product.
