A Standard Plot can house up to a maximum of 6 Urn-Burial Lots and Deluxe Plot up to a maximum of 8 Urn-Burial Lots. The purchaser of a family plot is entitled to use the whole land area within the plot he has purchased, unlike the purchaser of an Urn-Burial Lot who can only use the lot but not the land that houses the Urn-Burial Lot which is a public area owned by the memorial park.
The purchase price does not include the cost of construction of the Urn-Burial Lots which greatly depends on the preference of the purchaser on the design, type of materials used and quantity of the lots to be constructed。The Urn-Burial Lots must be constructed by our panel contractor in order to ensure Product Uniformity, Quality and Durability.
The price of the Standard Plot is RM34, 888.00 plus Lifetime Maintenance Fee RM5,000.00 is RM39,888.00 and RM46,888.00 plus Lifetime Maintenance Fee of RM7,000.00 is RM53,888.00 for a Deluxe Plot.
